Q. Do you provided linens and towels?

A. Yes, we provide linens, and towels.

Q. What do you provide in the way of cookware?

A. Our kitchens are  stocked with pots, pans, utensils and flatware that are necessary to cook a basic meal. If you are a gourmet chef, you will have to be creative.  Please use non metal utensils on the non stick pots and pans.

Q. How close are you to the Malecón ?

A. We are about a 2 minute walk to the Malecón .

Q. How safe is your neighborhood?

A.  La Paz is a safe place to walk and enjoy. We are located in a residential neighborhood.  Our neighbors are very fine people, they have families and operate their businesses here. We find the area is very friendly.

Q. I need internet service, is it available? Can I access the net from your units?

A. Yes and Yes. Internet service is  available.  As this is Baja – sometimes the service can go out without warning for a period of time… Please notify our property managers when this occurs –

Q. What about noise?

A. This is Mexico. Our neighborhood is no different than any other in the area. It tends to be quiet most of the time, but there are roosters across the street that do “cockadoodle doo” on a daily basis. And you are going to hear a dog or two barking at some point. The local canine’s are members of the dog barking union. This seems to be a very active “union” in the country of Mexico. That being said, it has not proved to be an issue for anyone. We just mention it because it gets asked.

Q. What about Parking?

A. There is plenty of on street parking available near the apartment.

Q. When will I get my security deposit returned?

A. Your security deposit will be refunded within (14) days of departure, (monthly renters refund will be administered after we receive the electric bill) provided the following provisions are met:

  • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • The unit is left clean meaning all trash is placed int the trash bin, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, floors mopped, dishes cleaned.
  • Monthly tenants are responsible for CFE (electricity) bills. If the air conditioner is used for many hours during a monthly rental the electricty charges can get as high as $100 per month. A copy of this bill will be presented to the tenant upon request.
  • All keys are left on the kitchen table or with the property manager
  • No linens are lost or damaged.
  • All objects that were in the apartment when you checked in are still in the apartment.
  • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.

Q. What about taxes?

A. There is a 16% IVA (Value Added Tax) charged on top of the rates that are listed)

Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you cancel with more than 60-days notice you will be refunded your payment minus $50 (processing fee)

If you have to cancel with less than 60-days notice, all efforts will be made to re-rent your reservation, but if we can’t, all rent will be forfeited.

Q: When is Check-in Time ?

3 pm – 8 pm. Once a reservation is booked we will send you contact information for our Property Manager in La Paz. Please send them your flight information and arrival time before arriving.

Q: When is Check-out Time:

Check out time is 12 Noon the following day.
